Legalize it don't criticize it!

Marijuana should never have been included in the war on drugs..

Alcohol kills millions at home and on our highways yet alcohol is being sold on sundays now.

Someone needs to stop this saying alcohol is legal so it is safe

Legalize Now

Being forced to give a blood sample to a police officer is a little invasive. I wish there was a better way, and I wish there was more data on how to quantify the levels.in the system. Some strains seem to impair me more than others... I can smoke a ton of one strain and be clear headed and balanced and the same from another strain and be barely able to walk straight, I believe cannabinoids other than THC are responsible for impairment. Pure synthetic THC is not known to have this effect.

If someone is arrested for a duid (smoking marijuana) and we ( in colorado ) currently have no set levels for this on the books now, how can a case be made against the person arrested and can the case be thrown out with no set levels set.
